Wren was such a cool experience! The massage was amazing and it didn't end there, we were able to use the sauna and cold afterwards and relax in their lounge chairs to make a day out of it. Highly recommend!

Wren is a beautiful, calming space that instantly makes you feel grounded. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable and truly care about your well-being! I’ve been lucky enough to have a lymphatic drainage massage, and spend a day in the members lounge, where I alternated between the sauna and cold plunge, then ended with a mocktail on the loungers. Absolutely 10/10 experience! Everything about my time at Wren has felt intentional and peaceful. Wren is more than a studio - it’s a thoughtfully crafted sanctuary for self-care and community. Highly recommend!

Such a gem. Clean space, great staff, and the sauna + cold plunge setup is amazing. I always leave feeling refreshed and in a better mood. Definitely one of my favorite wellness spots in the area. 10000/10 recommend Wren!!

I drive from Riverside county just to get massages here. I work in a hectic ER as a nurse and having a monthly massage/wind down at this place is the biggest blessing. I recommend everyone here even though selfishly I don’t want anyone to know about it because I don’t want it to be so busy I can’t book an appointment LOL. This is my monthly reset GO TO!

I had the most amazing experience at Wren! It was my first time getting a lymphatic drainage massage, and I left feeling so much lighter and completely refreshed—like my body had been reset. The space itself is beautiful and so calming, and the staff is incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable. My husband got a deep tissue massage and absolutely loved it as well. We both walked out feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. If you’re looking for a top-notch spa experience in Costa Mesa, Wren is the place to go! Highly recommend!

Wren in Costa Mesa is the place to go for amazing vibes. I booked a massage and it was amazing and one of the best I’ve had in a long time. Great service all around. Staff is great and very friendly The sauna and outdoor area is amazing for relaxing and you can bring your laptop to sit and work. I can highly recommend if you’re looking to chill, relax, reset, and treat yourself to something special and you meet new friends. Great place!!!!

A true oasis in Costa Mesa - I have tried their private sauna/cold plunge, backyard amenities, salty Saturday events, massage, and even attended a recent community workshop about mental health. Every time I come to Wren, I feel at ease. The service is wonderful, amenities clean and beautiful, and their free community classes are a nice extra touch. I’d recommend Wren to anyone looking to unwind, reset, recover and enjoy the company of likeminded people in OC.

Wren Massage is such a hidden gem. I had my massage with Erica and she was AMAZING! Everything was perfect pressure, she really took care of my neck, and your senses are heightened with hot stones, warm towels, amazing music and chimes at the end. Then they let me use the lounge since it was my first time and i felt so relaxed. The staff was 10/10 so sweet and accommodating. I can’t recommend this place enough. I can’t wait for my next massage. Go see Erica!
